The following error message, “Error creating log file: Access is denied” is caused by insufficient permissions on the %AppData%\Control4\Logs\ComposerAutoUpdate.log file.
Ensure that you have Read and Write permissions in the %AppData%\Control4\Logs folder.
Contact an IT professional if you need assistance with your Windows settings, or do not have permission to modify these settings on your computer.
