NOTE: Shared users can access OvrC sites, but in the reports, they CANNOT see users who were not created from their original site. In other words, you won't have visibility into the status of customer projects in the same way that dealers do.
However, you will still have access to the customer list through my.control4.com, where you can see all dealers and their customers. Everything is synchronized there, so the information remains available.
