❌ Do not connect your Araknis router to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) router yet.
The reason is that Araknis' default IP is 192.268.1.1 and several ISP routers have the same IP. If you do connect it, you will have an IP conflict and you will not be able to configure the system correctly. If you have already connected it, just disconnect it and continue the setup normally.

Log in to the router (IP 192.168.1.1). The default username and password are araknis.
Change the default password to a strong password.
⚠️ Document all your passwords.
Change the timezone in Settings > System > Time Settings.
Change the router's IP in Settings > LAN > DHCP Server Settings > click the VLAN ID 1 box and modify it.
Now you can connect the ISP router's LAN to the Araknis router WAN 1.
